1. First we want to talk, and really get to know what you need from your new bike.

It's all about getting the details right. Show us your ultimate inspiration and motivations.

2. Next we'll take your measurements with our complimentary GI bike fit, discuss which of our models work best for you and how they'll enhance your style of riding.

3. We then prepare our recommendations based on your cycling goals, our technical know how and of course your choice of colours and finish that will make this the bike of your dreams.

4. Once this is established we prepare a visual proof for you to approve your colour scheme prior to ordering. Only then are we ready to start briefing our workshops  in Italy.

5. On completion of your bikes build, we then ask you to come and see us in our UK showroom,

where we'll set up your new bike in the exact position created for you, ready for the road ahead.
